Thank you so much to everyone who responded to the survey, came to meetings, or provided their feedback through other channels! Your participation in shaping the Indenture is valued. A new draft of the amendments is being finalized. We’ll be distributing the final draft and scheduling Q&A sessions in the coming weeks.
Final Vote
Once the final indenture renewal proposal is complete, each homeowner will receive an official ballot for vote. Getting a response from every homeowner would be ideal, but we must have at least 2/3 of the frontage feet affirm the renewal.
We can offer digital signature options for the first time this year, and we hope many of you will find it to be a convenient way to participate. For those not comfortable with computers or digital signatures, we will have a way for you to sign in person. When ballots are ready, we will ask for those who would prefer to sign in person to identify themselves.
