Annual 4th of July Parade Cancelled

In light of current global circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the annual Ames Place Fourth of July Parade. Though the parade is a consistent favorite among our residents, we believe this decision is in the best interest of the health and safety of our community.

Plans for the 2021 parade are well under way, and we hope to make things even more spectacular than years past. Residents can anticipate marching bands, food trucks, soda, and beer. In the meantime, we hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Independence Day this year.

If you would like to get involved in the planning of next year’s parade, please contact one of our agents via the information listed on the agent page: https://amesplace.org/agents/
