As a private subdivision, Ames Place is responsible for the maintenance of the streets, sidewalks, alleys, trees bordering the streets, and common-grounds in the Subdivision. Your annual assessment helps pay for this maintenance. Small jobs may be carried out by dedicated residents, while larger projects are handled by contractors. A secretary & accountant are retained to manage the subdivision’s records & finances.
